It is Altium's responsibility to produce bug free software and that involves testing the hell out of it. They either need to hire employees that are representative of the target users or provide incentives to actual users to spend their time doing the work for Altium. If I chose not to give away my time to Altium for free to do what I am paying them to do, it makes me a good manager of my time not a freeloader.
If you chose to spend your time working for Altium (or any other for-profit business) for free, that is your choice. My term for someone who does that would not be considered a flattering one.
