I don't think all questions are reduced to economic ones. Rather,
those with more money have disproportionate power to determine the
answers.

By the way, years ago I read an article in the "Proceedings" of the
U.S. Navy Institute that said that the U.S. was a plutocracy. I wonder
how common this opinion is among Navy officers...
