So, if Chris accepts my patch, we _do_ have a working OpenGL module on
Macs that does no longer depend on X11 headers and passes tests (at
least on my system).

Errm ... of course, PDL doesn't build any more with the patched OpenGL module, because it grabs configuration information from OpenGL but doesn't include the correct headers from the OpenGL framework.

A trivial patch (attached) solves this problem -- on my machine, all tests pass and the 3D demos work as expected.
