BTW, I just got my hand on the proceedings of The First Workshop on Persian Language and Computer, which took place on May 25 and 26 in the Faculty of Literature and Humanities of Tehran University. Most of the articles contain the word "faarsi" in the Persian title, and not a single one of the 58 refers to it as "Farsi" in the English title. They all call it "Persian". This is good news.
