I have been tinkering with a Joomla setup as a potential replacement for the PLUG web site. There are a number of reasons why I chose Joomla, one it is very much open source, two it allows a great deal of flexibility in design through modules and add-ons and three it has the potential for community involvement regarding content. I have started to lay out the content but have not tackled the css/html regarding the look of the site so it is pretty much a basic Joomla template at the moment. I have hosted the site on a spare domain HYPERLINK "http://www.gpbroadband.co.uk/"http://www.gpbroadband.co.uk temporarily so that members can have a look and provide any feedback, idea’s or suggestions.
