My first reaction is it is too cluttered. I would remove the top 'made your web' bar and all the right hand menus (you can include polls etc on the LHS menu) and remove the joomla menu. And I have never understood the attraction of those large blank vertical troughs to the left and right - yes I know they reduce when you resize the page.
