I've been running sendmail for about 12 years or more, and love it. Its rock-solid. My main reason for migrating to Postfix is to implement a whole new LDAP scheme for the developers and users I support with my hardware. If I didn't need LDAP, I'd still continue to run sendmail. It's bulletproof, fast, rock-solid, and secure (if you know what you're doing with it and how to configure it properly). David A.
