Kevin,
If you are using Jaguar environment for Web development you might be needed
PowerSite and PowerDynamo. I don't know about other tools but If you develop
Dynamic HTML with WEB.PB, you might not be needed PowerDynamo and PowerSite.

No. PD is a webpage server. Jaguar is a application server.
