It's possible in Mercurial, too. There is a bundled extension (extdiff, http://www.selenic.com/mercurial/wiki/index.cgi/ExtdiffExtension), which can do that. You can configure your own command aliases, e.g. "hg cdiff ..." to do -c diffs.
