Your credit card company has your bank account number.... A credit card company is different than PayPal which is a transfer agent. Look at who issued your credit card, in most cases it is a legitimate financial institution. Discover Card is an exception. Look at their card application.... Discover Card is or was owned by Sears and they can get your credit report. All numbers are on that document...
