Hi All and Art: I too owned a Morgan for a few years. 1966 4 seater, red
with black fenders and chrome wire wheels. Always overheated when driving
in the summer and leaked rain in the winter. It was a beautiful car but a
real pain in the A**. Bob Johnson

Hi Bob,
Now why would you take the Morgan out in the summer? It's just too hot for
that. And now why would you take the Morgan out in the winter? That's just
too cold. And it doesn't exactly have electronic traction control for the
snow. So what's left? It's a wonderful open car for a cool summer's evening.
Of course if it rains you had better plan on spending ten minutes putting up
the top--so plan ahead. The top really doesn't leak---much.
So do I love driving it? You bet. I love being able to put my fingers on
the asphalt while sitting in the car. I love having to lean over to the
left when making a hard left turn--and then to the right when turning right.
I
thought I died and went to heaven when I bought that car. What I really want
to find is a 1920 aviators leather helmet and goggles to wear when I'm
driving.

It's a very strange name they picked for "Social Security." For what they
actually send you, you can't afford to be "social", nor can you really feel
"secure."
