@Michael Cullum

- First, acknowledging this could come across as "inciteful", but not the
intent
- Curious about this point, as for me (just my opinion) it would further
discredit this entire discussion and group

Question: Did all of the members in your original post all reach out to the
secretaries and form this discussion? Or did the secretaries seek out this
input/feedback?

It would seem to discredit being impartial if truthfully the secretaries
sought out this negative feedback from 20 members regarding Paul.

---

Second question: your big reply really did not address the question of what
effect this vote would have? As clearly stated by multiple replies, it
appears this vote would have zero consequential results.

What was the point of this again and what does it truly solve?

Review of original post. Keep in mind lack of tone in text. I neither like
nor dislike Paul. I follow him on Twitter, that's about it. I don't
disagree that his writing style could improve on soft skills. Is that
reason enough for this discussion and expulsion? No.

“This individual is toxic to the group and is therefore directly affecting
the ability of the group to perform its aims”
Opinion and subjective. Can you point to the actual wrong-doing by Paul?

“I believe this individual is the sole biggest cause of loss of respect and
members for the FIG”
Opinion and subjective, and I am curious how many others disagree with
this. Isnt this some kind of strawman argument? Where are the statistics to
back this as a primary grievance warranting expelling Paul's voting rights
for Aura?

“I stepped down as a voting representative due to this member”
Phil Sturgeon?

“The presence of this individual makes me not want to contribute or get
involved with to the PHP FIG”
Opinion and subjective. Can you point to the actual wrong-doing by Paul?
Did this individual reach out to Paul?

“My main problem with him is that every time I opened a threads lately to
read up, he's getting into some tantrum with other over small meaningless
things. Sometimes he might even be right but honestly I don't even care
whether he is right or wrong. They is just plainly disrupting the FIG at
this stage. He used to be annoying, but I was fine with that, this is just
disruptive though.”
Very opinion and subjective. So because you find someone is annoying, let's
ban them! I find this statement highly offensive and insulting, should this
member also be banned for being annoying? Subjective right?
