The logo used on the website is available in SVG format:
http://php.net/images/logos/php-logo.svg

But I am not entirely sure on the license for it. While I authored
that SVG I really only took what was on the website and turned it into
SVG, so I'm not sure who the "creative mind" is or what the
licensing/copyright restrictions are.
