Besides, when a translator who finds that a translation that corresponds
to english version 1.65 and the translation is EN:Revision 1.63, will find
*very* quickly if there were some changes that should be translated, or if
they were just typo/WS fixes. This isn't actually a big issue, more like a
"cosmetical" one, the revision numbers sometimes might not being totally
in-sync with each other.
