Most of the time I am okay but at Christmas I was really sick and barly got the Christmas shopping done. I was going to ask my daughter to help me but she was mad at me at the time. I have trouble with my lower back and legs. This is why I want to take the GH because it is supposed to strengthen the bones and help the muscles. That means helping the heart to. I had a heart stint in the middle of my illness. The GH helps the cholestrol which went haywire with me. I am on a new med,called Crestor and it got my cholestrol down from over 300 to 178 and the bad cholestrol from 248 to 85. It just has not brought the triglistrilites down.
