This is the first time I've' met' anyone else with endrocrine problems who is trying B12. I started taking the tablets about two years ago on a hunch and they helped me more than anything else has ever done. I don't know why. Neither did I know that this might be suggested for endocrine problems. Do you know what it's supposed to do or how it helps? What have you heard about using B12?
