Lawana,

I take indomethacin for my 24/7 migraines. It has been my wonder drug. I suffered with daily migraines for five years with no treatment. I started taking indomethacin April 2002, it's been wonderful. It's a strong pain reliever for gout. I take 25-50mg/daily.

And you are certainly correct, the pit tumor and hormonal imbalance it causes does cause the headaches and migraines. I had my first headache ever (which turned out to be an optical migraine) the first day I ever had symptoms, back in 1997. I went to the ER because my initial headache was so bad. I lost my vision and became very sick and nauseous. That is when they first discovered my "incidentaloma" and decided that stress was causing my symptoms and ignored the now-tumor. I have had migraines every day since. I have been very blessed the last two years, the indomethacin has controlled my migraines for the most part.

I hope you're able to find relief from your headaches, soon. That is the only symptom my doctors have treated. It's wonderful not to have 24/7 migraines!

Take care.

Meri
