Hi Jude4310 Don't feel discouraged. I was diagnosed with acro 2.5yrs ago. I did not even know what that was. I had no direction to turn to. I live in WestVirginia. I immediately started researching on the internet. I made my choice with Unv of Pittsburgh. Most places are very patient friendly. I called them, they saw me the next day and the rest is history. I had 1 surgery for a 2.9adenoma(was supposed to be done in 2) my growth horm levels have been perfect since then. I did not have to start any medicines etc. Check around and ask other members. If you can;t find any you area can you travel? I drive 5hr each way but now I only have to go once a year/ If you need any other info let me know |
