I've had this Medscape article in file (with many others) for years.  I've learned, in part from postings here, that PRL levels and presence of tumors are a little more loosely correlated.  Found a good article that provides some different info about PRL levels and type of tumor that may be present:
 
 
It seems from reading the experiences of others here, that this is a whole lot more variable than many sources would have us believe.  Isn't that the case with most of medicine!!
