I actually slept in normal position 2 days after surgery & even htough I wasn't supposed to lift or bend, I did soon after- but wouldn't really recommend it- Yes, I got dizzy & lightheaded when bending over- felt pressure in my head- but it wasn't so bad. Probably your dizziness is due both to the surgery and the antibioutic- kind of a double  whammy there. View other groups in this category.
