Did the dostinex bring your prolactin level down? At 180 it was elevated if the unit of measurement was ng/ml.  Alot of times, prolactin secreting tumors will shrink with dostinex.  Have you had another MRI to see if size has changed? Unless the tumor is getting bigger and possibly affecting your vision or tumor bleeding or prolactin not coming down,  I don't think they would do surgery or irradiated it either.  If other levels are low you will have to be on replacements.  I would get the opinion of another endo and neurosurgeon.
