YES! My short term memory is terrible. It’s
so embarrassing meeting new people because I forget their names the instant
after they tell me and I don’t even recognize their faces the next time I
see them. I forget things I’m supposed to do for the day, such as phone
calls I need to make etc. (My husband writes notes and tapes them in prominent
places around the house)

Yes, I believe my radiation (and the tumor
damage etc. as well) is to blame. After all, the area of our brains that is
responsible for short term memory is the area that is right above the pituitary
gland.

For some odd reason though, I have a fairly
easy time remembering numbers (bank account, lock combinations, phone numbers,
etc.), even though it’s a struggle to remember anything else. Makes
school tough, let me tell you! I pray for multiple choice tests, because
fill-in-the-blank test completely do me in. I know the information but I just
cannot recall the words.

progs or even foods, that you just can't remember even though you can recall
what you had for lunch 2 weks ago?
I am wondering if Radio-therapy could be the cause!!!!
