Reply   Reply to Sender   Recommend Message 8 in Discussion From: PrimTerry Hi, I had surgery for a 2 cm macroadenoma Oct 05 and 6 weeks of radiation in Jan 06 with novalis machine.My 6 week MRI showed a small amount of shrinkage from the top near the optic nerve but I was told it can take years to shrink.I have never had a great memory but it seems worse. I saw an endo and he ran all the tests and he said my pituitary is functioning better than he expected.This was just in May so it has not been long since radiation.The radiation treatment was not bad. I took disability from work. It makes you a bit tired and I have a little thinning of the hair but that is all. I got some good books and did a lot of reading.
