Long Term Radiation FX?

My husband had cyberknife at Georgetown U Hospital about 2 years ago. We opted to do that rather than surgery.   He is also on Dostinex although he has now had to switch to the generic due to the unavailability of the brand name. The cyberknife was 5 days, 1 hour a day.  His pit function was poor to begin with so I can't say if the radiation made it worse.  Between the radiation and meds his tumor is dying and shrinking and his prolactin levels have substantially decreased.  He had some side effects from the radiation several months after treatment.  He had some headaches and sensitivity to light but that passed fairly quickly.  He's doing very well.
