I'm glad you have discussed all your options, just as long as your prepared
for the possibility of having further issues. It mainly depends on how much of
your pit gland is either destroyed or messed with. In my case, I had alot of it
destroyed. But like I said, it took a really long time before I realized that
the way I was starting to feel was due to the outcome of the surgery. I wish I
had had this site back when I had surgery. I just took everything the doctors
said. Now I know better, infact, since reading all these posts, it has helped
me realize that I needed further testing done and further hormone replacement.
So I'm really lucky that I didn't go into an adrenal emergency! I really do try
to enjoy the days that I feel "normal" they are few and far between. I did just
go back to work after being off for seven months, it's been tough, and I sleep
alot on the weekends. I'm still having issues in the afternoon. I have a really
hard time keeping my eyes open,
luckily it hits around 2 and I get off work at 3. I just wish my memory
would get better. I had to go to the store last night, my husband gave me his
debit card, told me the pin #, he joked that I might forget it before getting
to the store. The store is 5 min. away, when I got to the cashier, I drew a
complete blank! To make matters worse, I had forgotten my cell phone so I
couldn't call home. LOLOL all you can do is laugh. Good luck and keep me
posted Melissa
