Hello, Thanks for the information. Yes, I do have a growth hormone secreting
and I am well aware of what it could be doing to my internal organs.
Thankfully, we are keeping an eye on all of that. My point in waiting before
jumping into medical treatment is that I believe there is a reason my body made
this tumor. People take medications every day for all sorts of things and
never find out "why" they have the problem. That just leads to lots of other
problems. Just as the tumor has an effect on your body and can shorten your
life, so can medication and/or surgery. My husband had surgery to remove colon
polyps last year. We spoke extensively with his doctor about why he got these
stupid polyps in the first place and what his chances were of getting them
again and of them turning into cancer. My husband was only 39 and there was
absolutely no history of colon problems in his family. The doc completely
agreed with us about our concerns. We have to figure out "why" these things
are happening to our bodies and work on correcting the problems. That is not
to say that we won't do conventional medicine but we do have to remember that
there are definitely some pretty nasty side effects of it. Besides, if given
the choice between taking this medication and laying on the couch all day being
sick with headaches, nausea, etc so that I cannot take care of my beautiful
children or living life to its fullest for however long God wants to give me
almost symptom free, I'll take the latter. Anyways, I am going to a healing
service on Saturday so anyone who is a believer out there, please keep me in
your prayers. I do believe in miracles and I finally believe that I am worthy
of one. Have a beautiful weekend!
