Code has been updated to automatically update catalog &
search indices after publishing to file:// repo, plus
incorporates everyone's feedback.

I'm assuming you've tested a merged repo. I'd think it would work
OK, but we do have one consolidation incorporation that only has
sparc packages, and thus only gets created on sparc.
I'll also note that this means the solver really must behave
correctly when switching repos. My current workaround for the
situation we discussed (new version of osnet-incorporation in a new
repo while switching preferred/sticky repos at the same time) is to
remove the incorporation. That will no longer be an option of course.
