Well, since nobody could agree on the design, I expect that if I implement
something well (and I am almost done: the anchors and the paging works,
but bookmarks and history still need to be fixed, and so is the search),
nobody will complain. 

The only question is the file format.  If someone can find a good place to
put the next/previous record markers, and modify PyPlucker to output them,
I will be very happy.  Otherwise, I will go with Tim's continuation
marker.  In any case, for most of my development it doesn't matter.  I
have a function that returns the next/previous record, and currently it
just does it sequentially.  It'll be easy to change to whatever people
want.
