Tim tells me that last time you discussed this, the main objection to his
continuation marker was getting the scrollbar right. I'm working on the
scrollbar now and I don't think this will be a problem.
I would really like a decision now. My code will be ready in a day or
two. Anchors, bookmarks, history, paging all work. All that's left is
search (nothing done about it), scrollbar (display only so far, and
buggy), and the percentage meter (nothing done about it, but the scrollbar
code is relevant).
