Older viewers, though, won't like the fact that new pluckerdocs might not
have the next/prev part links. But that's OK: we can make these links
optional in the parser.

p.s. Just got the scrollbar to go to where one wants it to. Some more
tweaks are needed, and soon it'll all work, hopefully by early next week
for the viewer.
