Is it reasonable for a dial-up user to queue e-mail mail as well? Can the
MTA's do this? I was keeping quiet until I read the fine manual (Postfix
here), but since it came up....

Unfortunately, demand dialing can be a headache down here...using Pine for
this, the client gets hung until the mail is out. This can vary from a
slight delay to an eternity if the dialup fails. I'd like to have it so
the user doesn't see that delay. I know that a month or two ago I
suggested Postponing composition and then sending when you have a
connection. This has many shortcomings. Queuing the mail seems like the
only way. Suggestions???
