I don't think you have to give your server a specific name. When you connect
to your isp, you are assigned a dynamic ip address (example: 202.176.4.19)
this will be the basis of wether your isp's smtp server will allow or deny
forwarding.

JIC, don't forget to put this in /etc/postfix/main.cf:
   relayhost = your.isps.mail.server
