#_ Is it reasonable for a dial-up user to queue e-mail mail as well? Can the
#_ MTA's do this? I was keeping quiet until I read the fine manual (Postfix
#_ here), but since it came up....

#_ Unfortunately, demand dialing can be a headache down here...using Pine for

#_ connection. This has many shortcomings. Queuing the mail seems like the
#_ only way. Suggestions???
If you are using Postfix, you can que the outgoing mail. I put this in my
/etc/postfix/main.cf:
defer_transport = smtp
Then to send out the que'd mail:
root]# sendmail -q or
user]$ /usr/sbin/sendmail -q
