What I do is, have a very simple script to change the relay host before
emptying the que. I named them philo-relay and iconn-relay (Named after
Philonline.com and Iconnect.com.ph)

Basically they contain the ff commands: 
cp /etc/postfix/iconn-main.cf /etc/postfix/main.cf #(for iconn-relay)
and
cp /etc/postfix/philo-main.cf /etc/postfix/main.cf #(for philo-relay)

then:  postfix restart       #(in both iconn-relay and philo-relay)

Both iconn-main.cf and philo-main.cf are identical except for the relayhost=
