that's not a sufficient answer. linux advocacy mustnt mean being blind to
other solutions. there are still some apps which work better on
windoze. for example, staroffice vs msoffice. yeah, the former is
good. but why flog yourself when msoffice is better? and as an aside,
staroffice is bloatware. it feels slower than msoffice on the same
hardware.

my point is, "lets use linux for everything" wont fly and i dont think it
ever will. just look at VMS.  :)
