PHP4 seems to be a good choice, but then this is a stupid statement
considering I've not worked with anything else. Hahaha!!! It may also
interest you that PostgreSQL 7.0.2 together with the latest PostgreSQL
ODBC drivers seem to be pretty okay. This should allow you to set up an
Access or VB front-end. Pero huwag, web-based na lang para cross-platform
pa. You may want to get inspiration from <http://www.sql-ledger.com/>. I
think it was written in Perl. Good luck, and don't forget to keep us
posted with your progress. You may want to open source your project as
well. ;>
