When the Win 9x systems boots before any of my Samba servers, I
cannot see my Samba server in my Network Neighborhood (but I can
access it if I use Find Computer) even if I use Refresh-F5. Although,
when the Samba servers boots up first, there seems to be no problem.

Why does this happen? Do Windows machines have 'heirarchies' among
similar computers in the network? I did not set up my Samba server as
a Primary Domain server or whatever they call it (which I read has
certain heirarchies) so I expected it to act the same way as any Win
9x PC.
