if that is the case then i think it is an insult to the people who still hang out there to help. the key on getting this thing to work is for people to start evaluating their questions according to some complexity criteria. to new users everything will be rated at maximum complexity thus the newbie list reminder " Please don't e-mail to the main PLUG mailing list unless your question is too advanced for the newbie list.
