I also think we need a unified list since what may seem like an
advanced question to one may be a very trivial thing to another, and
vice versa. Let the readers judge for themselves which ones are
suitable for their knowledge level. This assumes of course that the
subject lines are descriptive enough. Those who have lots of time can
go ahead and read every single message, and those who are too busy can
go trash/archive the ones that sound trivial/useless to them.
