How I wish people in the government or in Commission on IT should
consider consulting from opensource and FOSS not just because they
will benefit from this so we'll push this.  Sana kahit kunti manlang
na consideration they have to look at and study it carefully.

Are there any consultation going on from opensource or foss?


I do some volunteer work for the CICT formerly NCC, they have plans, in fact Dong Calmada, Jofell from UNPlug and myself did some trainor's training on the use of Linux as an OS and OpenOffice basics, they plan to teach the public high school students, but i don't know why that up to this time it hasn't taken off, i guess it's not on their priority list or lack of funds, sad isn't it?
