FWIW the Linux kernel began as Linus' attempt to print As and Bs on
the screen.  Of course, his sister wasn't too amused.

FWIW Aker (the still-in-development messaging platform of O&BSL) began
as an attempt to log millions of "Hello World" messages without fail.

I am still learning from my "Hello, World" experience.
