Personally, I use an MSI Mega Book S270 (AMD Turion64, ATI Radeon Express, 1 GB RAM, LAN/WIFI/BT/Modem, 3 USB ports, 1280x800 screen, 4lbs). Everything works, except card reader (i've tried Mepis/Ubuntu and FC6 on it). Although Fedora needs to download and install a lot of closed source stuff.
