What's that popular online forum where you can shop for custom
developers? I forget the name but Johann Tagle is connected with
something similar.

The "one man micro ISV" will only take you so far. These parts it's
called a software freelancer. I've seen my share of those. They get
the crumbs, bits and pieces that fall from the jaws of the local SI's.
Who in turn get the crumbs which fall from the jaws of the global SI's
like Accenture, Satyam, Neusoft... the list goes on.

Not to mention the principals of these global SI's, people like IBM and SAP.

As I said, if you like getting nickel-and-dimed to death, sure, go
with your micro ISV.

There's more money in Flash games. The guy who made Desktop Tower
Defense is raking in $8000 a month just on ads. His cost? development
time for the game and $300 a month in bandwidth.

I'd like to be that guy.
