yeah. that's main cause according to a study. but what i'm trying to
imply is that those professional/skilled workers doesn't want to stay
that way for the rest of their lives. and once they've settled-in, they'll
definitely start their own.

there are lot of companies trying to be or being formed. you can even
notice that on craigslist job/gig postings alone (keyword: startup). it
just that either they can't pass thru their pre-alpha-alpha release or
they have a high burn rate and end up in the deadpool (
