actually, if you've attended their last conference, you'll hear something like this: "the best will start their own company and [might] sell it to the bigger players in the industry and then moves on to the next venture". :) and that's one of the main causes of manpower shortage on this part of the globe but creates a lot of opportunities elsewhere.
