It is too migraine-inducing.

Right now, I'm using PLDT's various services (DSL, WeROAM, Leased Line, etc.).  
This way my traffic stays under one company's infrastructure.  There is a 
single point of failure though: PLDT.  ;-)

say for example companies with several branches. Do they all prefer to build 
their own closed networks rather than ride a local, multi - telco network?
