It's not in the interest of the different carriers to have good
connectivity to each other..

It's been a long time, but last I knew PLDT hosting was $400/rack plus
cost of bandwidth. Who knows what the bandwidth cost is, now...

PLDT has no reason to try to go after the hosting crowd. Between Smart
and Accenture, they already have their datacenter filled up.
