It's not in the interest of the different carriers to have good connectivity to each other.. It's been a long time, but last I knew PLDT hosting was $400/rack plus cost of bandwidth. Who knows what the bandwidth cost is, now... PLDT has no reason to try to go after the hosting crowd.
