Both my old SmartBro account and my new Globe DSL account are sitting
on private IP's.

So... slow Bittorrent (peers can't connect to me...) and I can't run a server.

One work-around I haven't tried is to get a shell account from a US
company (just shell account) then use an SSH tunnel. That way at least
Bittorrent would work. Still DOA on running my own server though.
