In my experience, Smart Bro has been VERY reliable over the almost-two years I've had it.
Downtime maybe once a month, and always at night (bad for me, but good for business). The only problem is that it's been crawling recently. My Globe connection started badly, they gave me a 15-day free trial and it died three times during those 15 days. Made me throw a fit because I could not cancel my Smart Bro link until they stabilized it. It's been stable now, more or less. But it still goes down perhaps once a week, at night (I have no idea during the day because I'm not home during the day). But I'm not complaining. When I first started out all of PHNet had 64kbps of bandwidth. When I started in Mozcom in 1996 all of Mozcom had 256kbps (clear channel). So 1.5Mbps for 999 pesos... nevermind if it's interface rate. Nevermind if I only get 1/3rd of that on a regular basis. For someone who worked in an ISP for a long time, it's still (relatively) fantastic.
