Or get the latest Blackberry models. I am no sysad but my Blackberry keep me tied up with work. Aside from email, it has an RDP client, a range of IM clients (ym, aol, gtalk,etc), can be used as a modem, GPS, havent tried installing an SSH client but it does have a few SSH packages. You need to have a Blackberry server setup too. It would also help if you have an unlimited data plan. As fas as i know, Globe does not offer unlimited data plan for their blackberry units.
IPhone's can also cater to your needs if you are comfortable with the touchpad.
